A: A subscription entitles you to log into the private member's area of LearnVisualStudio.NET where you will find the secured download links for all the video tutorials.

Q: If I subscribe, is my credit card charged once? OR is this a recurring monthly/quarterly/yearly bill?
A: You will only be charged once. We do not automatically charge your card/PayPal account subsequent times. If you want to renew your subsciption you must be pro-active and re-subscribe manually. Personally, we're annoyed by websites and other services where you forget and wind up paying hundreds of dollars for something you never use.

A: Sure. You can upgrade your membership at any time. Simply login and click the "account" tab - where you will find the link to update your subscription.

Q: I decided that I want my money back. What do I do?
A: Please contact us with your refund request. We offer a 30-Day money back guarantee. Per the terms of agreement at the time of purchase, you may download up to 50 videos before requesting a refund. If you exceed 50 videos, we will consider you satisfied with your purchase.

Q: I want to unsubscribe from your mailing list. What do I do?
A: Each mailing contains a hyperlink that will remove you from our mailing list. If you do not see the link, or are having any problems, please contact us.

Q: Do you take requests?
A: Sure, all members have the abilty to vote on what content they would like to see on LearnVisualStudio.NET. Once you login, click the "Vote" tab to make your voices heard. You can also contact us with your requests.
